COVID-19 Utility Bill assistance 

CVWD empathizes with our customers who are facing hardships due to the COVID-19 pandemic. CVWD has voluntarily waived late fees during the pandemic and has not disconnected service due to non-payment during this time.

If you are having difficulties paying your bill, our goal is to work with you to help keep your account manageable. Please contact our Customer Service Team at (855) 654-2893  to find out about payment arrangements and other options available to you.  

Customers impacted by COVID-19 may be eligible to receive utility assistance from outside programs that can assist with past due balances. Please note that each program has its own unique set of requirements for eligibility.
