CVWD Responds app is now available, free of charge, for all customers to download.
Users can now identify and report issues using CVWD Responds on their smartphone. Reportable issues include:
Water leaks throughout the community
Broken sprinklers
Broken meter box lids
Excessive runoff
Minor sewer issues.
Once an issue is submitted, CVWD receives notification of the issue and responds to the inquiry. Users can track their issue and receive email notifications once their issue has been resolved.
How to Download and Use CVWD Responds app
Go to app store used by your device Search for “CVWD Responds”
Download the app and allow location services to be turned on
Open the app and begin filling in the basic questions detailing your specific issue, including the option of uploading a photo or video, and then click submit
Check back in the app for updates on the reported issue’s status or receive email updates as the issue is addressed
