  1. Record Drawings (or "As-Builts") may be requested from the Engineering Department using the form below. Following a receipt a staff member will be assigned to coordinate with you on requests. Please allow at least 10 calendar days for contact.

Depending on the volume of records requested, a fee may be assessed. Submission of the form (or other method of contact) does not waive Engineer or Contractor's responsibility to perform their due diligence on existing infrastructure. No work may be performed on District facilities without direct approval through the plan check process. Guidelines for the New Development are available at
